We haven’t had our fireplace insert cleaned or inspected in the six years since our house was built. Originally thought we had an issue which prompted our call. Turned out not to be the case but proceeded with the cleaning and inspection. Darryl was very courteous and knowledgeable. He communicated well and informed us of issues with the original installation. No surprise our builder has been varying degrees of disaster for many of the homes he built in our subdivision. Darryl corrected the problems and now we have a beautiful fire unlike the one accepted for six years! The original improper installation caused some etching of the glass but it is minor enough that we will live with it. Rocky Mountain’s price was much better than others we searched. We will be using them for annual cleaning and inspections and installation of a blower to make our fireplace more functional. I highly recommend them.
