Cyndi & her team are absolutely amazing! I began talking with Cyndi in February of 2021 when I purchased a new build that would not have a fireplace. The builders did not permit other contractors to come in during the build (long story) so I knew this would be a big project. She talked with me on & off for 8 months while my home was built, visited the site to create the design, & scheduled all the contractors. Cyndi was, & continues to be, amazing in helping me find the perfect design for my space & taste. From selecting the mantel to the unit to the tile, she advised me on my options & brainstormed through the possibilities with me.

When we ran into some challenges, Cyndi found a way around it to make it perfect. I am so proud of the final product! Darryl, Dayne, Butch, & Ulises were all easy to work with.
