When I reached out to RMF originally they were very prompt on responding and setting up an estimate. Their initial inspection was extremely thorough and very clear as to what we needed to do to get things in tip top shape with our two fireplaces. The installation crew was extremely polite, well mannered and left the work areas cleaner than when their work begun.
