What Makes It Special
The Q3 has a clean face with no louvers, a hand-welded firebox, and a high-efficiency heat exchanger.
A traditional log set on a cast iron grate is included; liners include ceramic brick, ledgestone, and black enameled steel, and the slim face is standard with a Forgeworks face optional.
It has a fixed top vent with an adjustable rear vent and the ClearView safety screen, and a room fan with variable control. Enviro backs its gas units with a limited lifetime warranty.
Possible Downsides
• It is a bigger fireplace. Plan the framing for a larger unit.
If you want a traditional fire that heats a big room, the Enviro Q3 is the right decision. The room stays warm all evening.
